It is unfiltered and unpasteurized and has live yeast while you are having it.We work on the philosophy of "Atithi Devo Bhav" which translates as "Guest is God".We provide only the freshest ingredients available in the market and are crazy about freshness. So we make Indian cottage cheese and Indian yoghurt on the premises.We get our chicken and beef delivered every morning.Due to this focus on fresh items we even have fresh beer.
